Joining Articularis Healthcare Group in 2024 as vice president of quality and patient safety, Grace Gay brings with her a wealth of knowledge across the healthcare field. As a Doctor of Nursing Practice, Grace has advanced clinical experience that allows her the necessary perspective to create and implement efficient patient focused initiatives in our practices. She has a strong record of improving healthcare operations through innovative clinical processes and enhanced compliance with regulatory mandates such as MACRA/MIPS, MVP by utilizing electronic health records (EHR), achieving a significant improvement in payment adjustments for an organization with over 600 providers. 

Grace has successfully launched and led several key committees, including those in quality, patient experience, and policy and procedure, to drive collaboration among healthcare teams and align clinical and operational goals. Her current focus is on standardizing clinical education for staff, creating efficient processes to support quality initiatives, and designing workflows in EHR systems to meet regulatory requirements. Her goal is to help lead the organization in delivering the highest quality rheumatology care while maintaining patient safety throughout the treatment process.

Outside of her professional contributions, Grace is dedicated to giving back to her community. Alongside her husband and three children, they organize an annual fundraising event, a holiday light show, which has raised close to $800,000 as of December 2024 for local charities. Their remarkable efforts have even earned them a Guinness World Record for the most lights on a residential property!
