Pharmacy Procurement / Oral Dispensing Manager
An accomplished professional, Shane earned his Doctor of Pharmacy from North Dakota State University and MBA from St. Thomas University. With 10 years of experience in healthcare, Shane has held positions as a retail pharmacy manager, as well as healthcare consultant manager at Eide Bailly. Additionally, Shane was a financial analyst at Ashling Partners, a start-up executive at LegalQ performing various roles in finance, investor relations, marketing, and business development. Shane showcases a strong background in finance, pharmacy, and leadership skills within the healthcare landscape.
Shane joined AHG in 2024 and leads our pharmacy program, overseeing relationships with pharmaceutical companies, group purchasing organizations (GPOs), and distributors to ensure seamless operations and strategic partnerships. He collaborates with practices to manage inventory control and analyze medication performance to ensure sustainable delivery of treatments for our patients. Shane works closely with other members of the corporate clinical team to develop and implement impactful clinical initiatives. Shane also leads AHG's medically integrated dispensing initiative.
Outside of the office, Shane enjoys a variety of activities as an outdoor enthusiast including hunting, fishing, scuba diving, and cycling. He also finds enjoyment in woodworking and reading.
