Suzette Aiken
Director of Revenue Cycle Billing
Suzette brings a wealth of expertise to the AHG team with over two decades of revenue cycle management. Recognized for her process improvement, root cause analysis skills and ability to collaborate across all departments. She has successfully reviewed, co-designed, and implemented processes surrounding patient check-in processes through patient collections to ensure the revenue cycle is functioning optimally.
Suzette earned her bachelor of science in business administration from Lander University, Greenwood, South Carolina and completed her Master of Business Administration in healthcare leadership from Anderson University, Anderson, South Carolina. During her MBA program, Suzette received a Hall of Fame Award for Operations Management for outstanding work. Additionally, Suzette is certified in computer operations and networking from Piedmont Technical College. She served as director of patient financial services, director of centralized billing office, and senior director of revenue cycle for medical groups and healthcare systems before joining AHG in August of 2024.
Outside of the office, Suzette enjoys spending quality time with her son, attending his soccer games as a proud soccer-mom and cheering on the South Carolina Gamecocks and Carolina Panthers.
